With many people worrying about the swine flu, we might forget one simple way to keep germs away - disinfecting our personal items. Use a sanitizing wipe or rubbing alcohol to sanitize the following items:
Keyboard
Office phone
Mouse
Pens, stapler, and other office supplies
Buttons on calculator, printer, and fax machine
Reusable water bottle
Eyeglasses
Cell phone
Doorknobs
Light switches on walls and on lamps
Buttons on microwave, coffee maker, remote control, etc.
Handle to the fridge
Faucets
Alarm clock
Steering wheel
Stick shift
Interior buttons for the radio, windows, and heat/AC
Interior and exterior door handles
Rear view mirror
Seatbelt buckle

Hi there and smile!
Yes, its true that we have to clean our things especially personal items we used everyday to avoid diseases. I do love to clean my computer, mouse, printer, keyboard and table every morning at the office. I also wash my bottle everyday. When it comes to my make up, brushes and all, i love to clean and wash them every week. I use a small bag to keep them all and i also clean that bag every week. This way, it wont be a good house for the germs.
For my bedsheet and pillow cases, it is a policy to wash them every week. I dont like to sleep using them over and over again. For my bath towels, i use 3 towels every week, so its like i use the towel after days and i will change it again.
happy mylotting and smile always

My personal favorite is to wipe off the handle to the shopping cart when shopping in the store. Also adding some garlic to the cooking and taking vitamin D and vitamin C are good ways to keep the body healthy. Before I forget, staying away from sugar, white flour, etc. also helps keep the body healthy.
For good information on what kind of vitamin D, how much, and the research on it. This is an interesting web site:

May we all be more healthy and enjoy the summer to come.
