hi, You can add more cheese and milk made products in your diet. Banana taken along with milk in the night helps increasing weight. chocolates, ice creams are known to increase weight. try out. if you still not bale to put up then its your genes that you have got from your parents. If they are lean obviously you will tend to stay lean. Regular exercise and good diet will surely help you out.

Oh perhaps i can try on that. Before this i seldom have milk or bananas. Thanks for you suggestion. Sometimes i do eat quite a lot, but not on regular basis. However, i've never skip meals and have at least eat something every meal.

Im in the same boat whatever i eat does not seem to help me gain weight which is really frustrating but then if i just eat loads of crap food i get spotty skin and thats even worse than being skinny so i am looking for a way of gaining weight without it affecting my skin.

I also have the same problem as you. I've always been wanting to gain weight. Right now I'm kinda improving i guess. I dont have specific time when to eat. I just eat whenever I like and I make sure that I ate one and a half rice. I try to eat more rice now since I saw my nephew. He ate like two rice in every meal and within a month you'll notice that he gains weight. I also drink chocolate drink every night or milk. Drinking softdrink regulary can also help but I dont think it's a good way. Maybe just 3 time a week but not everyday. Ice cream also has a lot of calories. I think its okay to eat that everyday since its main ingredient is milk. But dont try to eat it every day if you dont feel like to. Eat more rice it really helps.
