What can you eat to stay away from diabetes?

Walnut eat a little every day can reduce blood lipid levels,reducing inflammation and improving blood vessel function. What you eat also know diabetes can be reduced?

So good, but not all of these. You can do more sports. Running outside every morning to prevent diabetes may also

I have heard that cinnamon reduces your blood sugar levels. sometimes we put it on our cheerio's, or on our toast in the morning.. is a good alternative to putting sugar on cereal! (like my hubby does)
