Divorce -- would you do it again? Why or why not?

I was in an abusive relationship, so yes, hard as it has been starting from scratch in late middle-age, I would do it again. I only wish I had gotten divorced much sooner. I have never been so broke...but then again, I have never felt such as sense of freedom as living on my own.

I have never done it once let alone again! I have never been married and nor do I wish to be I am happy with my domestic relationship. My b/f has been married 3 times before me and I have heard stories and I just do not think that the hole married thing is not for me. After all marriage is the leading cause of Divorce! Happy mylotting!

Well i think sooner or later we do regret some things but i think it is good that we are free from some clutches, we cant live our lives under pressure or pain. It is better to be apart than to survive in gust.. i think you did right infact, i know it hurts a bit because we never wanted to but its helpless when the person doesnt care for our feelings..
