Hi!! I would like to share this information with you all. Please check it out!!!And be free to post,if you know some other calcium rich supplements. For a variety of reasons, some people don't consume enough dairy products everyday to get enough calcium.I don't take cow's milk because it don't smell good. There may be many reasons behind. Dieters for example, often shun dairy's high fat. Some individuals simply don't like the taste of milk and milk products. And yet others are lactose intolerants, which means their bodies have a hard time digesting dairy foods. Are these "dairy deserters" destined to a life of brittle bones? Not necessarily! There are many other sources of dietary calcium. To get the most calcium, eat foods in the raw; as foods are cooked, calcium can leach into the cooking water. Here are some of non dairy, calcium-rich options: orange juice, beans, broccoli, nuts, leafy greens like lettuce and collards, salmon, sardines and yogurt. Try these foods if you don't feel like consuming dairy products like milk and cheese to be particular. Thank You!! Happy Myloting!!

Calcium is really very essential to health as it strenghens our bones, the teeth and makes us strong so if you don't wanna drink milk you can have tablets which are good too and eat a lot of vegetables which will protect your bones too. Have yoghurt every two days and eat sufficently.
