how can you handle a good adviser

im can`t share my my suggestion or commit to my friends becouse im really affraid if my advise to her its wrong.. how be a good adviser

It is your friends responsibility to own the choice she makes whether you suggested it or not. You cannot make the decision for her it is ultimately up to her which direction to go. But don't be afraid as which ever decision your friend makes she will be able to learn from it. Just be there for her regardless of the decision she makes. I believe part of being a good adviser and friend is to be there and to listen too.

Just be yourself. Say whatever you would like to say as long as it would benefit the person you're giving the advice to. You should not be afraid to commit mistakes. Only by that you would learn as well. And you have to keep in mind that giving opinions doesn't mean that the person will follow it. The person whom you gave advice has the right to take your advice and go for it. If it fails, It shouldn't be your fault. He/she chose to use it. You were just giving that person your opinion.
