Have you ever try to lose weight?

I was planing to lose weight.The specific measures are as follows: 1,not to eat enough. 2,eat as much as possible in dinner,eat more vegetables and less meat. 3,eat breakfast,donot eat greasy. eat lunch,a small amount of meat,vegetables chickens and ducks 4,use the spare time to take some exercises. 5,tell myself:I want to be thin,to lose weight. My lotters ,if you want to lose weight ,be hard work with me .

Hey hi, If you wish you can add to your list a few more Try replacing eggs and cheese with scrambled egg whites or lunch pulao with a protein shake.Have half a chicken salad sandwich instead of a whole,plus raw vegetables,Or sandwich with brown bread.Switch from cream soup to vegetable-based soup.'No' to afternoon peanuts and a 'yes' to air popped popcorn.Have apples instead of banana.Have black coffee and ice-tea without sugar.Say no to fried chicken and go for boiled/grilled chicken. and so on.... Its only a way to customize your perfect weight loss plan with a mix-and-match diet tips and make it more interesting.

Its is very difficult to do this. I f you are working and you feel hungry then it is highly impossible to control from all this things. In market I have seen some of the tablets that can help in reducing weight. Does they really work without any side effect

Hi, Well according to me I dont think so you should go for any kind of slimming medicines.These medicines in some way or the other do have side effects.Loosing weight is not that easy as it sounds (not to discourage) but why should one take a shortcut of medicines when there are various natural way to reduce weight.

I donot like to eat eggs.I have heared many people said that the apple is useful to lose weight.Thanks for your advice.And I also donot drink coffee,It is bitter.Could I eat much ice-cream?

Presently I am trying to lose my weight by I am not succesful in doing so. I am not getting time. I thought to join GYM, and drink some protein powder. But it is still in dreams. Please suggest me some idea for loosing weight

Hi,flylcx, just insist on your plans, I think you must be slim in the near future! Well, I do have losen my weight now, nearly over 15kg. Once I was so tired of my fatty body, you see, it is so ugly to wear beautiful clothes, so finnaly, I firmly tell me myself: I can do it, and each time I try to image that I have a slim build. well i have tried to loose weight very few times , specially when my belly comes out,well i eat a lot ,as i do a lot of exercise.so i need a lot of food otherwise i become weak. i absolutely agree with u in ur steps.i also suggest people to follow such steps.

every single day!usually i just control my eating habit and stop eating before 8 pm,choose to take stairs instead of lift!do a bit of exercise,don't sleep or sit after eating and drinks lot's of plain water and fruits!

I think most of the steps ur following are correct except 2nd one dat eat as much as possible in dinner. This is absolutely wrong as when u sleep ur body metabolism slows down and food is not properly digested and most of it gets converted into fat. Try to have a light dinner and u can have a heavy breakfast instead. Try to have 4-6 meals a day instead of regular 3 time meal. Eat as much vegetables, fruits and salads as possible as they contain fiber which is very useful for digestion. Eat almonds as they help break up carbohydrates in the body. Drink lot of water during the day. Exercise holds and equally important role as ur diet. A regular yet light routine of a walk or a run would help increase stamina and help burn fat fastly. All the best dieting and must say a positive attitude would help u go a long way for a healthier and better body.

Maybe you are right.Thanks for your advice. I usually have dinner at 5 clock in the afternoon and go to bed at 12.There is very long time during it.Do you think can I have a heavy dinner?For me ,the dinner is very importand.Usually,I donot have breakfast.

es, and I was most successful on Weight Watchers, because they teach you how to put together your own meals using real food. It is also slow, which is a healthier way to lose weight. Then when u reach your goal, they don't just leave u hanging. There is continuing support with strategies to maintain your weight and not put the weight back on.

I think that it is good to loose weight if you need to. I am currently trying to loose weight, it can be hard though. I think that to loose weight you have to be committed to doing what you need to do to loose weight. That means exerise, eatting portion sizes at meal times, not eatting anything to excess, and drinking plenty of water. I think a daily walk is helpful to loosing weight,. I am planning to begin using a jump rope to help me burn more calories.

I lost 25 pounds not too long ago simply by changing my eating habits. I'm unable to exercise in any regulated way because of health issues, so I had to rely on watching what I ate. I NEVER stopped eating until I felt full. Keeping yourself hungry is one sure way to fall back into your old eating habits. I just added a lot more fruits and vegetables to my diet and less red meat. When I was full, I stopped eating, even if there was only one more bite of food on my plate. I'd leave it there. Those were extra calories I didn't need. I also drank more water, especially with ice. Ice water helps to burn calories because it cools your body down a bit, which has to work harder to warm yourself up, burning more calories. I ate more fiber. Instead of drinking orange juice, I ate one or to oranges a day. I tried to eat an apple a day, too, because you burn more calories chewing an apple than what the apple contains, so you lose weight by eating apples. Celery is the same. Instead of grabbing something sweet or fried when you want a snack, grab some fruit or vegetable. I'd cut up a small potato, an onion and a carrot, sprinkle some seasoning on them (not salt) and microwave them and that was a snack for me. It wasn't long before I noticed the pounds coming off. And, because my new eating habits ARE habits now, I've been able to keep that extra weight off. Good luck!

Its not too easy to loose weight.Thanks for sharing it with us.But it can be done by following a strict diet chart.And by avoiding oily foods. Then by practicing Yoga or aerobics.Yoga has no side effects. Above all,start your day with a glass of water and sour lemon juice mixed in it. This mixture should be taken in empty stomach.And it should be taken without sugar.

You need to learn how to develop a healthy mindset towards food in general. THere are no such things as healthy foods and unhealthy foods, just how much you eat of them. Meat is not bad just as vegetables are not that great...just because one has more calories than another. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full and take time to do active things you enjoy.

i think your #2 is wrong, we should eat less at dinner. think of it like this... eat good breakfast, eat medium lunch and eat less dinner. and if you cant exercise try those slimming teas or drinks. slimming pills are expensive. i'm drinking slimming tea now to control my weight. i try to eat just enough and not too much, i dont want to starve myself. if i have already eaten and still hungry, i drink water or juice or coffee. and in the evening i drink my senna tea, it's the one that helps me control my weight, as i have hypothyroidism, having slow metabolism, it really is easy for me to gain weight even if i eat less. so that tea is a must for me. it's also a body cleansing tea, antioxidant.

I think almost everyone tried to lose weight some time in their lives, especially girls. I have been trying to lose weight for a week now too. My metabolism is not as fast as before so I tend to gain more weight faster now than before. The problem is I always tend to forget my diet especially on weekends when my family and friends loves to eat out and invite me. That is the hard part. Not to mention, the temptation. Just cut more on meat and eat more vegetables and fruits, exercise, and drink lots of water so you won't feel hungry. Good luck :)

your following are correct except the 2nd one.it is absolutely wrong.in dinner,we should eat much less food than that in breakfast or lunch, even vegetables.not to eat enough and do exercises,both of them are good for losing weight.at last but not in the least, losing weight is a hard work, but keeping thin is harder. so, good luck to you!

If this is the mine case, then i prefer to join gym to lose weight as i join earlier also as its helps in regularise the routine and helps in losing the weight. take care while eating but if you are doing regular excerise then you have to care less on eating habits. this much is mine experience. try to take less stress and keep smiling as its also helps you to remain fit and fine. swatig :) keep smiling

It really annoys me because Im easy to gain weight.I always have a good appetite and I tend to eat more than I need each meal.Whats worse,I dont exercise much.Being a slim girl is always what I want.lol Im on a diet.Im with you.Lets be thin and healthy.

Good luck in your effort to lose wright. Cutting down on meat or cutting it out all together is a great idea as is eating a lot of vegetables. Be sure to drink plenty of water also.

Many of my friends are trying to lose weight now. People want to look smart. They want be admired by others. However, we eat so much meat and fried food. That's the reason that makes us being fat. For me, I do not want to lose weight since I am not fat. I play volleyball every week. That's really good to my health.

I played volleyball formerly,but I found that I am not good at any athletic sports. I learned to paly basketball,volleyball,tennis.I have not been good at any of them. At last I run,it needn't any technique.

There is a kind of tool with several small wheel fitting the face.I donot know how to speak it in English.It is same as a massor.I think it will be effictive.
