do you believe superstitions? i dreamt last night that my teeth was taken out. according to superstitions, it means that someone else will die. unfortunately, it was six teeth, does it mean that six people will die too? i watched some shows about it, and they that if you dreamt like this, you should bite a wood so that the wood will die instead of those people who are close to you. i know it's kind a wierd but it's my second time to experience this dream. and my grandfather died. do you think it's true? thanks for those who will reply!

I don't really believe in superstition because i believe that everything comes with an explanation, most probably scientific. I am not closing my doors about it but i think it takes a lot to make it happen. Much like a miracle. I think explanation must come first before i believe on something. I think it will just bother your mind if you dwell on it too much, don't you think?

Yeah, i have dreamed about falling teeth many times. It bothered me a bit of course because of the consequence but i just think positive and hoping that nothing will happen. Prayers would help too!

I used to believed in them when I was a kid but, of course, it diminishes once I grew up.But,in some situations i used to believe in superstitions. For example,i select best date and time for doing any new or good thing.I am from south India and here people are more superstitious. There are many superstitions about numbers in the world. The number 13 is considered unlucky in almost all countries. In Brazil and Colombia, Friday the 13th is a bad and dangerous day.The number 4 is considered a bad number in Korea. And the number 7 is considered a bad number in Peru. However, 5 and 7 are considered a most holy and lucky number in many countries. Some people believe that all dreams have some meaning. Sometimes, when you are dreaming, you can receive messages about your life or your future. If you dream about your wedding then you need take care because someone will die in your family. The same thing happens when you are dreaming about losing a tooth. However, if you dream that you are dying or taking a shower in clean water, it's a good dream because your life will improve. Another popular superstition is about animals. Some people believe that if a black cat crosses your path it's a bad signal. You need to go back and take another way.

Well, I do not believe in superstitions whatsoever. You see, I'm an atheist.8-) People get carried away; when in fact it's just coincidence. Yet, I ain't complaining. I'd say that many superstitions are beneficial indirectly. For instance the lucky charms in the form of a gold ring with a stone is actually hitting two birds with the same stone. Physically, gold maintains proper temperature of your body; and psychologically, you get a kinda confidence. My friendly suggestion is: Do not go too much into it. :-)

well, honestly, it made me more confused..thanks for some suggestions but i'm a roman catholic, i think that we should believe in God, for He always knows how, when and where are luck will come.. are you a Hindu?thanks..(^^,)

Er.. I guess it isn't. I ain't here to evangelize anyone; but I strongly suggest you to take help of a Hindu astrology expert. According to them, each person (with a particular sun sign) is assigned a specific gems. The actual logic behind this might be that since there are different types of body structures, each may have a different stone suitable to it. And may be your birth time may define your body structure. Did I confuse you? I hope not! lol

I don't believe in superstitions. I think , if something unfortunate happens also, it is a pure - coincidence.

I dreamt of something like that too before, but there wasn't anything bad that happened. My mom is the one who dreams of things and sure enough, give it a few days, something is bound to happen. Freaky!

Actually i have also experience dreaming that my tooth was taken out. And at the same time my brother dreamed, too. And after 2 days or so, my mother informed me that her relative and my father's relative passed away... Sometimes it may be a sign so whenever i dream of it usually i told everyone to take care.. so that they would be aware. If they believe it true or not, it doesn't matter.

oh.. i see.. sometimes i really believe from it because my cousin has many stories about different superstitions, and she says, there's nothing to lose if we will believe on it.
