Do you think doing sports for two hours everyday is good for health?

I have just gone to the fitness to do some body exercises for two hours.Now I feel relax. If I have no appointment,I will go to the fitness every day. Ane every time I will do sports for about two hours.Do you think it is too much exercises I do? Is it good for health?

I think it is too much for having sports two hours, and somemore, everyday. Doing exercises in alternate days should be fine. Or i think have sports 2 to 3 times a week is good enough too. Don't overdo it or else your body muscles may not be able to support it. This is my opinion though, afterall i'm not a health coach here,haha. It's better to get advice from a physician or health coah on this. By the way, what is your favourite sports? or just doing exercises? For me, i like swimming the most.

Exercising is great for your body. Everyone needs exercise. But it is possible to overdo it. Your muscles do need time to recover before being pushed to their limits again. Make sure you are paying attention to your body if anything hurts or doesnt feel right. If you over do it now, you will regret it later in your life! The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor to find out what is right for you.
