From a local pug in the Philippines, he is now an international boxing sensation, even dubbed by Bob Arum as "the greatest fighter who ever lived", lording over the likes of Dela Hoya and Hatton. Now, with the proclamation of Coach Freddie Roach that Manny Pacquiao hasn't even reached his prime and that he (PacMan) can beat anyone right now, the big question lurks: Who can stop Manny Pacquiao?

no one at this time can beat pacquiao i see him as becoming the greates ever, hope he retires before his age catch up to him, might even be better thatn my favorite boxer muhammad ali, because he came from 106 lbs and now fight on 140 to 147 level and still besting dela hoya and hatton wow! i mean the man from manchester was massacred i believe he should quit boxing and have his taking on just losing to the 2 pound for pound champion at this time which is pacquiao and mayweather, mayweather as sly and slick as he is does not stand a chance a worthy opponent should be marquez as underrated as he is he is the only one i believe that can counter manny, his whole rythm is off when he fights marquez, but as i said no one can really hold a candle against pacquiao as of now he is stronger thatn marquez faster aswell so i think they should build a cyborg and pit it off against the pacman but even so i still have my doubts.

I agree with pinoymelancholy and zaphan, but we are just three bodies here. I would like to hear the views and opinions of others, especially from the Britons out there who may have had a different perception of Manny prior to the fight.

If pacquiao will learn and develop his skills more and more, then, nobody can beat him. If there will be a boxer that has the same power, and much faster than Pacman then maybe he will put Pacquiao in retirement. But as of now and from your list, there is no one who can let Pacman kiss the canvas. Manny Pacquioa's discipline and his will to win stays him in his prime. The one that can only stop Manny is his wife. hehehe Also, let's give big credit to Freddie Roach as well, no one can beat his trainor skills.

I think the only one who can stop Manny Pacquiao is Manny Pacquiao himself... and that is by making the wrong decision of entering into politics... like what Coach Freddie Roach said... he hasn't reached his prime... and yet he want to throw all the glory and success by joining politics again... the last time really hit a toll on him... emotionally and financially... i hope he won't let other use him just to further their own personal intentions...

If Vicious Victor Ortiz would get more experience, I think he could get an upset win over the pacman. ortis got a sledgehammer for a fist.
