Is this scam or not? What do you think?

Few days back, one of the scam PTC sites admin replied for a query regarding the deletion of account of a free/standard member from his PTC site(Shortbux.com) as that deleting the free members account is not considered as scamming. ( Please refer for details http://forum.gptbank.com/index.php?showtopic=2969&st=0&start=0)They are selling the free members as referrals..The free members are clicking their ad and by that they help the site to earn. But he is simply telling that deleting such member is not scam. What do you think of his statement? Is in not scam?

i dont know about that site before.ehm..maybe the delete the member because the member is disobey the rules?..usually good site only delete the account if it indicate violation but usually they remind their member if they make infraction/violation.just check for the member infraction first so that you can know its scam or not

They have deleted many of the members without any reason.I found two months back,my account balance is reduced.so sent them a support ticket, asked them to rectify my account balance. For this great mistake, they just deleted y account. Again I sent support ticket to them and asked them to reactivate my account. But they simply told as " No details found regarding your account in our data base. If you want, you can register again"..Is this a reply from a honest administration? Then again I sent them a support ticket with all of the bad words. But I did not get any reply from them.
