Do you think Push to Talk Phones are annoying?

I think its completely obnoxious to hear that "chirp" I dont wanna hear other peoples conversations. Its bad enough just to hear a ringtone and ONE side of someone else's conversation but to hear BOTH its just plain annoying! Does anyone else feel the same way?

They are VERY annoying. The chirp itself is bad, and then they always seem to be turned up very loudly. And the person just leaves it that way, so it's loud throughout the conversation. They're the worst in restaurants, it seems like everyone has them.

I cant stand it. Specially if you are in a place like a resturant trying to enjoy a meal. I had one for like a month and then got rid of it. lol.

What are they? I don't think we have them here or I've never heard of them. It sounds like no one likes them though haha. You hear other peoples conversations with them?
