Can you tell does she love me but not ready to accept

Hi I love a girl and have conveyed my feelings to her, she has not responded back saying yes, but at the same time she has not denied it. She just keeps on saying I am not ready yet to get into this again, because of her previous break up with a guy
Can you tell me does she love me but is not ready to accept or she does not love me?

How well do you know her? Does she seem to be care about you too sometime? if so then she is in love with you but it is hard for her to tell you right the way. Sometimes she needs more time to think and you should not push her too much either... give her plenty of times and always be there for her. I wish you all the best.

You shouldn't rush her, if not she might become annoy and end up everything. If she accept to be in contact with you, that's mean she already open her heart for you. It just that there's something that block her heart to fully accept you. She need more time for that. Just let her take her time, everything will follow up eventually. Just don't give up or she'll think you're not serious enough for her.
