I have created a new blog and i try to add it now in other sites,but they ask me all the time about my Rss feed url!I can not understand what is this!Oh it is not such easy as i thought!But it does not matter,i like it and want to learn all the time new things that will help me build a good blog that in future may give me something for my work.

Your rss (real simple syndication) feed url will depend on what type of blog you have.
Generally if it's a wordpress blog it will be your blogs address with /feed on the end so http://nameofblog/feed for blogger I think its http://yourblogname/atom.xml
Usually you'll find a link to your feed within your blog (template) often it's a big orange button that says subscribe or it'll says somewhere rss feed or subscribe etc just copy the link - or depending on what browser you use it'll show up there as well. Whenever a site asks for your rss feed that's what they want
