I wake up at around 5-7 am. Can't stay on bed later than that-my dogs are waiting to be fed and have a walk outside. Try to disregard or neglect them, you'll have to wake up anyway because of the loud noise they create. Might as well wake up without the annoying disturbance from my canine pal.

hi, depend, but usual i wake up to 8 a clock in the morning, but in weekend i can sleep more, if i sleep late in the night.
But if i want wake up to 8, i don t need a clock , or something else, i will wake up alone, no problem

this is because of our body clock. same with me no matter how tired i am or slept late i still woke up at 5 or 6 am. when i feel that i still need to sleep i get back to bed and sleep until 9 am or 10 after which i took my breakfast and do my usual rest day stuff. but when i am going to work i woke up at 5 am and leave the house at 6 am. i am a morning person. i am more active and energetic in the morning.

I wake up at 6:30 am every day. My kids get on their buses for school between 7:15 am - 7:30 am. I tell you by 11:00 pm every night I am absolutely exhausted.
If I had it my way I would probably get up around 10:00 am every day as I am a night owl, but I do what I have to do for my family.

Well, I get up anywhere from 4:30am to 8:00 am. as laid-off. Try to get stuff done but just in a slump again. You know the oh poor me thing will be over in about a day.

Hi rose,
It depends if i have to go to college or not that day and how close are exams, so during exam times i sleep at about 11 PM and get up at 2.00 AM but if it is sunday and exams are fr off like 6 months then i am lazy and usually get up at about 6 AM. That is maximum i can be in bed then i get out and start my day. Even in winters i dont like being in bed once i get up.

I usually get up at seven am. During the week anyway. I like to sleep a little later than that during the weekend. Usually I don't get the chance but occasionally I do get the chance to sleep in on weekends. I get up early during the week so I can make it to work on time.

Ah, if you would have said that you will be giving gifts to one who also wakes up at 5 at the morning, then how good it would have been becaus I also use to get up at 5 in the morning and I start doing mylot just when I leave my bed but ... there i s always a but.....
