I Can Make You Thin

Have any of you read Paul McKenna's book, I Can Make You Thin ? It is a quick read. I read it last night and have started the program today. It's based on listening to your body. Eating slow and stopping as soon as you feel satisfied. I'm just curious if anyone else has read it or is following it? Your opinions on the book/program?

I'd highly recommend buying the book. The book includes a CD that you listen to while going to sleep at night. And the book is a quick read! The book basically talks about retraining your brain to eat the way you should be eating. To learn how to read your body signals and to stop eating when you're feeling satisfied. It also talks about how to not let your body get into starvation mode but you also don't want to feel disgustingly full. It's a really great book.....check it out!
