I currently pay people to write articles for my SEO blogs. I pay $4 per article, but I don't have a website that I have to get people to work for me. I just generally PM them.

Currently i'm doing writing review with reviewstream. They pay us $2 per review. We can reviewing almost everything. They pay by paypal with minimum payout $50. They also offering us to get pay if someone voting on our review. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

I think if you have flare for writing you can try sites like helium,associated content,ciao,mturk etc.These sites pay you for writing articles on topics given by them.Ciao is a website which pays you for writing reviews about products but recently it has banned Asian members.So please check the website before signing up.
