Do you have a migrain? what it feels like?

sometimes when im so busy with work i feel like my head it splitting into two. sometimes i feel like im about to puke. Everything is spinning and i dont see clearly.. some say its migrain, some say its just headache because of too much work...what is it? is there any doctor around? what are symptoms of migrain? what is migrain?

yes sometimes i do get mild migraines.. well in my case, it is just sever headaches.. but i have heard my mom(who has bad migraines) say that sometimes it makes her wnat to puke and sometimes the room just spins and she cant stand properly coz of the pain.. i suggest u go for a proper checkup and analyse your problem.
