I'm in Australia and our heat season is on it's way out at the moment but it does get quite hot in the summer. We have air conditioning in our house so it is pleasant indoors. We also have a swimming pool and I usually jump in for a quick dip when I get too hot and then get back to work (I work from home). Before we got the pool I used to have cool showers and kept a spray bottle of water on my desk and spray away when it got way too warm. Keeping water to drink on my table helps too.

Drinking more water helps to replace the water lost through respiration and perspiration. Avoid iced drinks. They give a short term respite and weakens the body. In hot weather I usually wear two layers of thin loose clothing. My aim is to sweat a lot, which then helps to cool the body. When going outside I wear a long sleeved shirt to avoid direct sunlight to the skin. My strategy may not work for you.

I know what you mean. My a/c in my car went out two to three weeks ago. Perfect timing huh. Well not to mention i have a black interior. So all i can do right now is suck it up with the windows down. The mechanic said it would be 100 dollars to find the problem and if its the compressor another 300 to 500.

hey try to go to the library very early or after 4 pm to concentrate on your studies because thats the time when heat starts reducing. always opt for drinks like watermelon juice, lemon juice to get better health and coolness inside.
