Pick the freshest veggie (the ones you like the most- whatever that may be) and a dressing that you truly enjoy and that will help. Think of a trying fruit salads too, they offer a sweet taste that helps stop the cravings for other sweet things that you shouldn't eat. Hope this helps and also remember that a diet of just salads isn't good for you. You need a well balanced diet and excerise- those work best! Good luck to you and happy mylotting!

The raw (or cooked) veggies can be very boring if you are not used to their natural taste. But there are addictions that won´t make you put on weight but can make a difference in taste. I make different dressings that include: garlic, chives, dill pickles, mustard, mayo (a little, light), oregano, basil, dry rosemary, aceto balsamico, vinegar, lemon. Not all of them together, of course, make your own. If you put the tip of a teaspoon of mayo to a dressing with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper just change it and it won´t boe SO terrible. Light cheeses and yogourts can be turned into dressings too. Taste bugs can be trained but it requires time. My own goal is to lose 10 poungs by June. I put them on when I quit smokingAnd after a year I still crave for them. Luck and take care

If you find salads to bland add anything to olive oil to make a tasty dressing and douse the leaves but then add something salty to the salad to baelance the flavour, try anchovies for a bit of a kick or peppery radishes, bacon or salami. A little bit of the last four add a bit of texture and taste.

i have to use the freshest lettuce and the freshest everything and then douse the sucker in lots of honey mustard or ranch. oh yeah and croutons are the best if you want some kick to your salad. follow my recipe and you'll be enjoying your salad in no time.

If you are trying to lose weight and make changes to your diet, that is great! If you dont like salad, though, dont eat it! Any time you start a diet and try to force yourself to eat something you dont like, you are setting yourself up for failure! Adjusting your eating is one of the best ways to help lose weight. But if you start an all radish diet and dont like radishes, you will never stick with it! Try incorporating vegetables into your diet in other ways. Try eating cooked carrots, green beans, or peas without a lot of sauces. Eat those as a side to your low fat meats. Increasing your vegetables and fruits is a great way to stay full and eat fewer calories. The trick is to make sure you are eating things you like! Try different veggies. There are many different options in the freezer at the grocery store. Or walk around the produce section. Dont try to force yourself to eat something you dont like! There are tons of different varieties of fruits and vegetables, Im sure you will find something you like, you just have to look for it!
