No, I don't think this is true. We are equal to them. Look at Bill gates for example, he is the richest and one of the most powerful men in the world.

Hi! Bill Gates is so rich not exactly because of his intelligence itself, but because he has an excellent talent for businesses. There are people more intelligent than have not so much money because even being intelligent, they don't have talent for business... Most of the richest people in the world are not graduated...

I wouldn't say one is more intelligent than the other, but one thing is true: Due to the usual day activities, women can remember many things more easily than men, for example.
