People on bicycles.

I have noticed alot people,kids and adults, like to ride their bikes on the wrong way on city streets and even on highways! It also happens on one way streets! I wonder if biker riders realize what they are doing or if they care? What realy bothers me is;aren't kids being tought proper bicycle saftey and rules? Any opinions?

I think many folks follow the walking rules- which is to walk against traffic. Bicycling is suppose to be with the flow of traffic btu like you pointed out not everyone follows that rule or knows it. So like a lot of things in life you have to deal with stupid people. Good luck and happy mylotting!!!
