Deccan Chargers Vs Mumbai Indians... Who will win?

A win for either team today will put them in the top 4. Deccan chargers have lost the last three games and would like to seal a win today to reaffirm their status in the competition. Mumbai on the other hand will be seeking revenge for their loss to Deccan earlier this season. Both teams have problems with their bowling department. Deccan have to contend without Fidel Edwards, while Mumbai will miss zaheer Khan due to injury. The openers of both teams have been good throughout the tournament. Gibbs & Gilly and Jayasuriya & Tendulkar have given their teams good starts in almost every game.
On paper you can say both teams are evenly matched. However, whos day will it be today? I feel Deccan will win. whoz your pick?

make sachin play for canada team,i will support canada
u r right in saying that both teams r evenly matched.when the openers struggle,it makes it too tough on the middle order and both team doesnt have big hitter down the order like sachin suryamgilly,gibsy,rohit,duminy.all were in top 3.need someone like pathan brothers who can hit hard lower down the order and mumbai indians miss shawn pollack terribly and with zaheer the task is too high for bowlers so it has to be the batsmen who has to pile up scores to take care of the team till zaheer returns.hope the chargers will be still in untill symonds.BTW I BELIEVE SINCE KNIGHTS WONT MAKE IT TO SEMIS,MUCCULLUM SHOULD RETIRE NOW ITSELF.just a thought

looks like your a die hard fan of Sachin.
Yeh both teams lack big hitters down the order. Zaheer will be missed for his contributions with the ball (and bat sometimes), no doubt about that.
As for McCullum, I thought he said resign and yeh resigning now would not be a bad option. I dont wanna see him retiring at his age though

Yes, you have put it rightly that both the teams are evenly poised. If I am to choose between the two I would opt for the Mumbai to win. And I want to see bothg these team to clash for the grand finale.

I will support mumbai indians to win this match. All the team are well balanced and you can predict who will win the watch. Both team are facing some problem with bowling but they can change their fortune.
