do u have any idea on having heart disease? i do feel chest pain sometimes, then i had my checkup, there was some thing in my heart which prevent the proper flow of the blood.. the doctor said my blood doesn't circulate well and have to take some medicine, but not that complicated.. i took those medicines for about a month but still i do feel chest pain sometimes.. am afraid to go back to the doctor, i was not ready to hear anything from him.. and i think the only reason why my chest is aching is because am tired from work.. what must i do!? :(

Well from a person that had all the pains in their chest and arm and continued to ignore them, till the day I suffered a massive heart attack, I can tell you that if you are having pain, then it needs to be checked out as soon as possible, by a heart doctor, not your regular doctor, believe me when I say I am lucky to be alive today and only because i was able to get to a hospital within a very short time that I am still alive. Some aren't that lucky. Heart disease don't just pick on certain ones, it comes to and when ever it wants. The first signs you should be somewhere having it checked out. If there is a problem with blood nto circulating right then other tests should be run to see what the problem is, is there blockage, apparently the medicince you are taking might be a blood thinner, you can only thin it for so long, I went through a 5 vessule bi pass surgery, I didn't have a choice, my daughter was told I had less than 10 days to live and she oked the surgery. Don't be afraid to go back to the doctor, he is there to save your life, most men don't survive the first heart attack, we are not ever ready to hear that something is not working right in our bodies, but that gives us the chance to do some thing to correct it. You tell your self what ever makes you feel better but you are playing with something that you might not later get the chance to correct or to be alive if you continue to ignore it. When our blood is not moving through our arteries like it is suppose to it does make us feel tired and like it is a chore to even walk, now is the time to look into it and get something done before the heart attack occurs, then it could be too late.

You will be fine, I probably would of done just like you had I been given the chance to make a decission, I would of gone home and thought about it, and probably had another one. Thank god my daughter done what she thought was best. It is always scarey, but the new tecknowledge they have today it is a breeze. Do you taKE AN ASPRIAN a day. I suggest you start now, it could save your life it will thin your blood and maybe enough to stop you from having a heart attack before you get to the doctor, if you feel any real pain go to the emergency room fast, heart attacks are nothing to waste time on, most men don't make it through your first one so it is better to be checked out than to wait and see. good luck let me know what the doc says.
