Teleshopping - telebrand product -Have you done this?

I have seen a few telebrand products on television but I have not bought them at all. However, recently one product that I saw attracted my attention because it was good to watch the people operating it. It is a vegetable chopper .However, I found not only this on Google but also one stray case of complaint caught my eye. I am posting both the links.

What do you think of these products? Have you had experience buying, paying money and not getting the product, receiving a damaged product, quick wear and tear of the product etc..?
If someone has used this particular chopper too it would be great if you can throw some light on this.

Please share your good experiences and bad and of course whether you believe in them or not. I am a bit wary of these, because we cannot replace any spare parts and would struggle for after sales services.

I haven't even bought any telebrand product nor did my mother. I have virtually NO experience in this. If you ask me, I do not think I would go for it either even in the lure of heavy discounts. I would prefer to buy from shops.

Hi dear I am fine.I have also never bought any of these products and they are generally not on real discounts.If these people a re going to boost the price and say that we get them at discounts how can we take their word for it?
Actually, I have not seen any product like this in real shops.But normally I am a dreamer and would never look at products[would look more at birds

Thank you Supriya for your input.Your mother has ahd at least some success with the steel items she bought.I have never even tried this so far.Though, as I said this particular chopper is rather attractive and IF I can get something in the shop at a reasonable price then it would be good.
