In my home country, our school rules were strictly implemented in most of the schools. If we did something that break any of the rules no matter which one, we got punishment, I'm talking about have a bad stamped on the result paper, stay at school unil when after school or teachers meeting the parents etc. I think I did pretty good at school, never really break it besides eating in the classes :-p :-p sometimes I just felt I needed something to have kept me awake so I could concentrate again. But my teacher caught me every single time or she smelt it... of course I was in the trouble by doing that. I wa slike lots of other classmates break the rule sby doing this and that, why am I the one to be caught everytime?????? How about you? Did you have any stories when you were at high school about school rules?

Well there was one rule that students in our school find it very weird and funny. I went to a school for girls and we're not allowed to wear socks with ruffles or laces. The school staffs just announced it one day during flag ceremony without any explanations as to why. A lot of students and parents have reacted cause it seems such a nonsense rule for the school to interfere with what kind of socks students should wear. Personally I don't think there's nothing wrong with wearing socks with ruffles or laces. School girls normally wears those kinds of socks. But rules are rules. Everyone has to follow or you get to be called at the office. Ciao!

Hello Memaidivy, This is a great question. I will have to say the rule, I did not like through out school period was raise your hand when you have to go to the bathroom, my thing was if you really had to go to the bathroom ,just get up quietly and go to the bathroom.

Back in HS, I have these rules that I have to follow and abide with. Mostly I try to keep and be the good student as I can be.. I was scared of doing bad stuff back then.. So you know what mostly school rules are, right? Anyway, the one that I hate most was, during my time, it was not allowed to wear make-up and not allowed to to wear heeled shoes. And I have getting up early in the morning every single day of school days.. That's freaking years! I don't know how in the world I have managed that.. But on the hand, I love school, I love the experience.. The classmates, the close friends, the teachers, and a lot more.. I miss going back to HS.. It's just one of the best experiences and thing happened in my life..

Yes, I miss those days too... By the way, we needed to wear school uniform at high school so our rules were even stricter! Make up? No way! We couldn't even leave the long hair down, if the hair length is longer than shoulder, we needed to tie it up a pony tail.

During my college day, In our school are implemented by the priest. And in terms about the rules and regulation in our school, it is so strict and very aggressive about the clothes that we used. Clothes that we used during every Wednesday is no one used sandals without strap and the dress is so long that the people did not see our stomach of our skin. And other rules and regulations are really appreciate for me except that my mention above.

In my school , which i studied upto tenth grade , everything went well. But , during the seventh grade , there was a bad principal. She introduced something called "sweeping duty". Students have to remain after the closure time 3.50 and sweep their respective classes till 4.30 . This irritated me a lot , since we have the sweeping staffs . already in college. Although , it looked a social service , it was aimed at insulting the students . Other than this issue , everything was ok . My father came to knew about this duty and he thrashed the principal by his words to remove the duty permanently. New principal came and everything was fine. From my eleventh grade to twelfth grade , i studied in a different school , which was a perfect urban atmosphere . Everyone were liberal and everything was fine.

Oh boy. In highschool I absolutely hated my school uniform. It was super expensive and not very nice at all! It was navy blue and white and came in either, short sleeve golf shirt, short sleeve blouse, long sleeve blouse, kilt, skirt, and a cardigan! The pants weren't allowed to be unhemmed and they were not allowed to be too long, so when you sat you could see your socks. It made me mad so I unhemmed them. Your shirt had to be tucked in all the way around. For these 2 infractions you would get detention. So needless to say I spent my fair share of time after school from 3:30-5:00 in detention. Not only that, it was the only Catholic highschool in that town and all the other highschools called us smirfs! Oh well, I got over it. Also my french teacher was the only nun left at the school and she was rather horrid. I never knew nuns had it in them to be mean. I had her from grade 9-11 and decided not to take it in grade 12... then I found out she quit after grade 11. Go figure.

I know how to break rules too, but i am a good student still. I only do bad things when i can sense it, that the teacher will only a have small percentage of knowing that we break a rule. What is my hatest rule? As what i can remember, i have tried doing cutting classes and the feeling was really great especially if you are not caught. But since then, when i reached high school i started to acted really cool and good. My school is a science school, and many rules were strictly implemented for us students to follow. But when we reach 4th year, our classroom is an exclusive one and we are not allowed to eat inside. That rule was really annoying, and also, i do not like the rule, stating that.. if we get 5 lates we will be suspended in class. It was a pretty hard to do. But i am pretty glad, that i have graduated already!
