Are you aggresively staying young or aging gracefully?

I want to age gracefully. But it doesn't mean that I don't care about my skin or face. I keep them moisturized and put sunblocks if necessary. But I don't so much into over treatment, like to tan or whiten my skin, liposuction, plastic surgery, botox, some other things like that. I'm flattered if people thought that I look younger than my age with proper not exaggerated treatment. But I don't want to look as if I'm 25 when I am 50 someday. I must be working toooooooooooooo hard to look like half of my age. A couple of weeks ago, I read a newspaper article about an English teen who tried to look younger than she should by keeping her weight like she was somewhere between 12-15, a very tight diet, I think she eat almost nothing. Also another woman who wants to look young to be thought as her daughter's older sister, who did some plastic surgery. Another is someone who wants to look like Barbie who also took dozens of plastic surgery. I think these people are sick. Maybe they are just extreme examples, but they are real for sure. And they are sick. How about you?

I have not really given much thought about aging. Nor do I use age as an excuse for not doing things. Maybe this to a certain extent helps in making me look younger than I really am. Being aggressive to stay young may bring other undesirable side effects. Thus the efforts made are negated in the long run. I believe by accepting life as it is and have a hralthy living the aging process is slowed down. all the best, rosdimy

I think I want to age gracefully. I started already investing on fruits. I shell out some extra cash to buy me some fruits rich in Vitamin C, A, E, potassium and other nutrition. I don't want to live a very long life, I just want to reach the lifespan set by the Bible for an ordinary man which is the age of seventy. But in my sixties I want still to be strong and active and can walk fast.

Yeah, the important thing is being healthy. Nothing compares to health. I also want to be able to walk and be active in my sixties.
