Is anybody bothered that Obama passed H.R. 1388, and it was kept Very quiet?

This funds 20 million in taxpayer money to immigrate Hama's Refugees to the USA. Especially at this time when our country is in so much financial trouble and so many jobs lost at this time (H.R. 1388 www.thefederalregister.com/d.p/2009-02-04-E9-2488). This order provides a free ticket replete with free housing and food allowances to individuals who have shown their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement in the parliamentary election of Jan 2006. An itemized list of actions President Obama has taken since his election: His first phone call to any head of state was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of the Fatah Party in the Palestinian territory. His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television. His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s)not just here within the U.S., but within the world, using U.S. taxpayer funds. He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainee's halted. He ordered oversea CIA interrogation centers closed. He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the terror attack on 911. This is bothersome to me. How did all the "not in the interest of the USA" stuff about him get sidelined and "hidden" during the election process, and why/how is it continuing?
