How many times do you brush your teeth a day.

i brush my teeth 3 times a day. once in the morning, once after lunch and once after dinner. if i had supper that day then i 'd be brushing my teeth 4 times a day. for the lunch brushing what i do is i have a little pencil case kind of bag and i put my mini toothbrush and toothpaste in it and i bring floss too but im always too lazy to floss. i go to the bathroom when no one is there and brush my teeth. lol. sometimes i have bottled water with me so i go into the cubicles and brush my teeth and rinse and spit. i should definitely get a basin in my office, things would be so much simpler. lol. god bless. cheers.

i did twice;on early morning and before i go to sleep!although it's recommend to brush teeth after you eat but never actually did it! it's very amusing to bring toothbrush and toothpaste to workplace!

I try to brush my teeth thrice a day, but most of the time...I'm only able to do it twice a day. One before I go to work and two after I eat lunch at work.

One time only and that too is at early morning y friend. I do'nt know if my teeth are in good condition but I think I will be doing it for only one time in a day before I go for a dentist!

I brush my teeth only twice a day because I already have an abrasion, which means that my teeth are already thinner than they used to be. I think this happened because I used to have frequent dental cleaning.

2 times a day. Morning and night.
