Have you ever thought about cleaning your liver, with the right mixture of herbs, for a good month, if you go in an organic store and ask for a kit to clean your liver they'll give you the right thing to bring your hole system up and running straight up, because if your liver is not cleaned up your hole digestive system will not run right and you are not going to even absorb well your vitamins and any other food that you'll eat. Good luck. And take care.

My father had liver problems and he drank a lot. He stopped drinking, but the he got diabetes or rather it was discovered. I think he had it for a while. From what I read not drinking as much, etc. There is a site that shows some rather exotic stuff that probably only grows in subtropical regions (that probably was the climate in the Garden of Eden.) on this link here. http://www.natural-cure-remedy.com/liver-health.html

Tumeric is quite good. Also green tea. I do not know about the rest, but it seems that all these natural good foods grow someplace warm and hot and that is probably why us Northerners are dropping like flies from heart attacks, kidney failures, strokes, liver disease - causes where one says it is your fault. where the ones in the South all they have to worry about is getting eaten by tigers and infections where the cure is to make sure there is enough antibiotics
, soap, and water.

Welcome. I do not want anyone to have liver disease. It does have a bad reputation, people thinking you drink like a skunk. Almost like if you found you had lung cancer and the assumption is you smoke like a chimney. I hope your liver gets down to normal size. And thanks for the best response.
