If you don't have credit card, you can also use debit card. Since you are from the Philippines, the best to have is the Eon Account which serves both as a debit card and bank account from Union Bank. Just try to visit the bank's website and you will get the needed information about Eon account.

RCBC is Paypal affiliate so yes, you can withdraw using your RCBC account. But, bank account can only be used for withdrawal, and to withdraw, you have to verify your Paypal account using a credit or debit card. Eon account of Union Bank is the only debit card that can be used to verify your Paypal account and to withdraw from Paypal at the same time.

Do you mean that you want to verified your paypal account?.. well if you don't have a credit card, just buy virtual credit card (VCC) then. Your local websites should have the offers.

You can open an account on paypal. Credit card is use for verifying your paypal account in order to be able to withdraw your money on paypal into your local bank account. There's an option if you don't have a credit card yet, you can verify it using a debit card. Visa and mastercard debit card are acceptable, but sometimes it depends on your card issuer bank policy. You dont need to have credit card. You can link your bank account into your paypal. If you have questions you can email paypal customer service about that. But for me, I havnt tried tranferring a fund to my paypal since Im still starting with this site.
