allergies is very irretating

I dontknow about noone else, but i know that having allergy is not good especially if it is food allergy, i know someone who is allergic to food and it make that person so depress, because there are certain food that the person use to eat and find now that, thats the food which was causing illness. I believe that once one care about their health they will adjust to the situation, althought it is very hard. It takes self discipline.
