When can you start working out after giving birth?

I had my baby almost 3 weeks ago, vaginally and I had 2nd degree tear, I'm feeling really good now and wanted to know if it's allright to start working out already or I should wait a little longer?

U should wait atleast for 2 weeks more as u will feel physically fit after 35 to 40 days of child of birth it takes generally 40 days to come out from that position completely...So plz as per my request work on my lot...but dont do other works...Okay

lol! i wish i could work more on my lot actually! my mom hasnt been able to come yet so im alone with my baby and 2 dogs! my computer time seems more like a treat now that she's here! but now shes taking her nap and im here trying to catch up!
