Too frustated after looking myself in the mirror. What to do?

after pregnancy i have gained so much of weight that became very hard for me to loose it and come back into shape , what i was. but it seems quite impossible. what to do? i am not able to sleep during nights , i breast feed the baby, i have no time to go to the gym becasue i have to baby sit and i have paid the fee for the whole year. i think going to gym now is a history for me . before i use to go to it regularly, infact i was the person who love to workout and any how finds out atleast an hour for my workout, but now from past one month, it has become impossible. what to do? i feel so depressed after looking at myself in the mirror. my belly looks so out and i cant wear dresses that use to look so good and beautiful on me before. it is all a history now. becasue of all this i am very frustated also and my mood is most of the times off. i cant help.

Dont give up you can do it. I would suggest taking walks with the baby. This will give you some exercise. Also buy some excersize dvds that you can do at home when your baby is sleeping. I have lost 30 pounds without having a gym membership so it is possible. I would also suggest keeping a food journal and figuring out how many calories you need a day to lose weight. I would suggest using webmd to find this out. They have many weight loss tools. They really helped me lose weight and the site is free.
