i am from the philippines and i have been a member of mturk for two weeks now. Its a site where you do tasks, just like the new thing here in mylot. Every task has a corresponding payment. Anyone could join the site. US citizens get their payments deposited to their bank accounts. Indians are issued checks. Other sers can convert the money they earn to amazon gift certificates. Minimum payout is 50$. So if you spotted an item you really like in amazon, you can use amazon mturk to save up for that item and purchase it using your amazon gift check. That's what I am planning to do right now.

funny am just looking around the site because someone here had referred me there. I'm trying to sign up but the page keeps coming up as unavailable. Do they only accept US or indian citizens? Because the payment methods are only available to US and indian citizens.
