mylot - how do i put profile picture?

Ive clicked on everything in my edit profile page, i've managed to upload a picture of myself to photo's but I want it to replace the little green man next to my name! Is anyone else having the same problem, also, is anyone thinking that they would much rather use this site than the other networking sites?
