Nomincashout - Will soon be History!!!!

Well I just happened to visit their forum today to see how the site is doing and i was in for a shock when i read few things...... -- Alertpay payout is not functional as they are clearing some back logs. -- Several complaints by paid members,upgraded members that they are not paid on their stipulated day and date..... -- I don't want to get to standard members now.... -- And to top it all most of these complaints are not even being answered by any Admin/Mods. I may be wrong......but that's what I read in their forums..... I am a bit worried as I have requested for a cashout from their site, I am a standard member......has any one been paid by that site recently(last 1 week)????? Someone please kill my curiosity and worry...... Is there a remote chance of it being added to the scam list soon????
