Performance bux SCAM!

I finally reach the minimum payout of performancebux and when i request a payout on paypal they said,"We have a high number of creditcard charges backs, We currently can not process payouts via paypal until our balance s back positive, Any purchases made by paypal help us get ths balance back to negative sorry for any porblem" they can't even the grammar right and when i try to request from alert pay they said "We currently dont have enough support for alert pay once we have funds built back up we will enabled alertpay"..what would you say to that, they dont have the fund to support there member.

It looks as though they have not the funds to support the payouts. At least they are being relatively open about it: many sites have just cut and run. I wouldn't expect to see a payout any time soon, quite frankly, though if you are patient, you may get it.
