most talkative award goes to.......

That is always used to taunt kids at school but I don't think it is "officially" awarded to anybody. Well, one of my female friend in grade school is the most talkative in class. I don't know what makes her that way but she has always something to say and is never afraid speaking what she saw or observed. In fairness, she is so amusing, talkative person that our teachers will always forgive her. Our class adviser actually told the class that if only she is allowed, she will award the "Most Talkative" honor to my best friend. And which she quipped, "oh, I think Mom will be happy".
