Should cell phones be banned in public places? I can see not using them in the doctor's offices and in the hospitals but what about restaurants and grocery stores? Is there going to be a law no talk and walk at the same time? They have done this with driving. Some of it I can see because if you are dialing a phone obviously you are looking at numbers instead of driving. What if the person called you? Shouldn't you be able to TALK? Where do you think the ban on cell phones should end?

Cellphones are good gadget that is very essential to our day to day living at this current generation. Whats the point of creating it if it will just only be ban? I think it depends upon the user. The educated one only uses in emergency and in the proper place.

There's all kinds of emergencies in grocery stores where you are looking for something and can't find just the right ingredient, or in toys stores you can't find the perfect toy and have to call... I can definitely see where they are useful because I use mine a lot!
