HELPP- there is A GHOST OR SPIRIT UNDER MY BATH!!

It started a few months back when i had my eyes closed and was putting my head into the bath and i felt something grasp me near my neck i jumped up ever so quickly-it really scared me but i thought nothing of it until a few weeks later i was just relaxing in the bath and i could feel rocking under the bath it was actually moving at first i thought it was me so i kept still and held my breath but it was still moving!Something was under there i could feel strength in the room and when all the windows were shut i could feel cold draughts go across me i'm not as scared i just think that they don't want me to be there and thats the bit i'm scared off and its getting to the point where i literally don't want a bath in there and also the ame shaking wa under my bed! help!
