Support ticket from neobux

My friend could not login into neobux for verifying his account. He send a reply mail to them. They in turn replied that sent a support ticket and sent support to get reply. Please mylotters help us the way to sent a support ticket and get response from support of neobux.

What are you talking about?.
Did your friend just register?. And he accidentally didn't put the activation code?
I think he can register again.

Ok just try to register again. You must have a valid email adress because neobux will send a verication code there then paste it to the neobux portal.
Then Follow that codes. Finish you will now log in. In neobux.

There is a support section in their forum. Try that one. Earlier when I had some problem, I submitted a ticket and they didn't reply. When I again raised quoting the ticket, I got reply. But the reply was not upto the point. (To submit a ticket, we need to login first. So, your friend may not be able to use it. Try to use the forum)

He can try through IE. When nothing happens with Firefox I turn to Internet Explerer. It usually works. I don´t know why.
