Call in sick while you are not sick

Did you ever feel morally stricken if you call in your work, to tell your boss that you are sick, and you need to take a day off. In fact, you are not sick, because you need an extra day off to do your things? Do you feel if you have to blame yourself to lie?

I do this too sometimes especially on a Monday when I had so many plans to do that weekend and wasn't able to accomplish them so I try to phone in sick so I can continue to do my unfinished tasks. hehe.
