My Daughter only wants ME!!

I have a two year old daughter. I'm a stay at home mom so we play and spend all day together. I do take her to the park often to play with other kids and socialize, she has plenty of cousins over often, but when it comes to me trying to drop her off she wont have it. I've tried leaving her only if I have to for doctors appointments or to catch a movie with my sisters or try to go to the gym. I always get a call that she is hysterically crying for me. I dont know what to do to make her comfortable staying with family that she is usually around. Any advice?
