http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30627077/ CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. - A diner at a T.G.I. Friday's in upstate New York says he got a little something extra with his broccoli — a severed snake head. Jack Pendleton says he was at the restaurant in Clifton Park on Sunday when he spotted something gray mixed in with his vegetables. He realized it was a snake head the size of his thumb, with part of the spine still attached. Pendleton says he snapped a photo with his cell phone camera and called the waiter over. He says he has no plans to sue. im amazed the person isnt suing when it seems like EVERYONE always sues!! i just want to know how a severed snakes head with part of its spine ends up in some ones veggies at a restaurant! would you sue?? thank goodness the restaurant had enough sense to not charge them for the meal!!

I read an article about this on FoxNews and apparently Pendleton cliams he didn't add the snake head and TGI Fridays employees didn't know where it came from either. Seems like another media stunt if you ask me.

yeah i just read that.. i am wondering if it was some stupid employee or something that did it.. i mean like the other person said he isnt suing so unless he has something personal against some one there or the company he isnt really getting anything out of it

If he is not suing I don't know what he would gain by putting the snake's head there. My first thought was, is there any chance that it is not the head of a snake but the head of a fish? that would seem to be more likely to be found in a restaurant. I mean, why would a snake be there? It does remind me a little about the woman who claimed to have found a thumb in her chili at wendys- but it was really her friend's severed thumb that they planted to sue. Those two were busted for fraud. Imagine having chopped off your own thumb only to be put in jail and fined? That has got to suck. They were crazy though. But since this guy isn't suing, I would think he would have no reason to put the snake's head in there himself.

How awful, I can't even imagine something like that happening! I mean how could that have slipped by the staff? And no, I wouldn't have sued, I think people are way too sue happy these days and thats one of the reasons that insurance rates are soooo high. However, I'm sure that I wouldn't eat there again. It would probably be a while before I ate out anywhere as a matter of fact.

yikes I don't live there and I hope I won't ever taste their food in any branch even if the restaurant doesn't charge, he should sue them that way the restaurant will be investigated and the truth will come out whether they put the snake head or not, competition gets ugly, employee tried to ruin the restaurant name because he hates them, whatever suing and being sued are not always a bad situation if followed up correctly

Alot of times teens work at restaurants such as this. You know how teenagers can be. They may have thought it would simply be funny. That poor guy. I bet he does not eat out for a very long time!

I think the city government's business licensing office should check that establishment again! Well, they should be careful on what they are offering to us! Happy MyLotting!

I wouldn't have finished my meal, thank you very much. The customer was a fairly regular... ate there once a month or more. He doesn't think that will continue. Um.... no.... I think I'd see snake heads every time they set a plate in front of me.... um... no thanks.

Oh my God! That is so scary!!! I can't imagine if I were in his position. I'd probably throw up, that's definitely! Ok, I guess it was justifiable to sue the restaurant. Because they were a big restaurant chain and this kind of thing should not happen. What a big mistake they made!

i would throw up too!! they are saying now that the snakes head wasnt cooked so therefore must have been planted but they dont know by whom and since the customer isnt suing it makes no sense for him to plant it unless he has a personal beef with some one
