phoenixpaidemails is a good site, where I reached payout more than 2 or 3 times a month. That too without much referral earnings. I have 6 referrals, but they earned me just 3 or 4 cents. The payout is just 50 cents. Currently they are moving to new server. So, you may not get access now. Try after a while.
