What if the creator does not respond to responses?

Well I initially responded to two three year old discussions with 0 response. The topic was of great interest to me. But when I checked into the profiles of the creater they had not logged in from around the time the discussion was created. So that means they have not come back to the account.
The question is that I have made a post. Now will I earn on the post or I will not have any benefit of the post unless they respond on my response. Please help me with this doubt.

Mylot pays for your activity so it would not matter if the discussion starter does not respond. Be careful what you ask here as talk about earnings is usually not allowed. I am sure that you will most likely earn with that post. Alternatively, you can try and start another discussion on the topic or search for a more recent discussion.

You will earn from your own post as you do from any participation on MyLot. There is no harm in replying to discussions with no responses. If they are good discussions which somehow got overlooked, it is a very good way of 'reviving' them.

You will earn your cents anyway regardless of the the creator is in or out.Whether he responds or not your participation in the discussion will always be appreciated and aptly rewarded. It is not necessary that the person who started the discussion should be active at the time you are responding.
