Do You Think We Are Being Made Redundant?

We were informed on 30th April that the Distribution Centre where I currently work is closing down in August. We were individually given paperwork which supposedly told us what is happening and why. It hints at being TUPE'd (but no mention of by whom) in one paragraph and in another it says 'if'. We are all panicking as there doesn't seem to be any chance of TUPE and we think we are all going to be made redundant. Yesterday we should have been paid directly into our bank accounts(my money is usually in by midnight) and it wasn't!!!! When I arrived at work I was told there had been a problem with the electronic payroll from head office but that it would be in by five o'clock. Eventually at 14:25 we received a letter of apology from our head office and soon after my salary hit my bank account. Made us feel unsettled as this had never happened before. So now we wait until Tuesday 12th May until the first meeting takes place and will hopefully get some more detailed information on what is happening to us.
