What would you do if you're feeling sad?

Hi guys,
If you feel sad, what would cheer you up? Personally, if I feel sad, I will put on my favorite song and get carried away by the soft melody...another way is I would watch funny movies and the mellow feeling would go away temporarily...And I would also play with my cats, they have a tendency to do cute little tricks that will tickle your funny bone...What about the rest of you?

Hi there neoplanet9! For me, when I feel sad, I will lock myself up in my room and start to play my keyboard or guitar, and play those tunes with a sad melody or "the blues".....
I feel that musical instruments are a very good way to let out all the emotions, and at times it also lets others around me know how I am feeling.
Another thing I might do if I feel sad is to start eating. I am a big fan of eating, and eating can cheer me up sometimes. Good thing is that, I am the type that doesn't put on much weight even after eating a lot!
So, not much of an issue about weight gain for me......

Hi there,
Good thing you're not a drummer:-) I feel music is a magical thing that can heal a soul..I am very connected to music, but I cannot stand LOUD music...sorry:-) Beautiful and meaningful music does cheer me up!...

Hi, welcome to mylot!
Me, I am in a sad mood at the moment.
Because everyone is out of the house and I have still got the flue.
I feel better while on My lot. But, I am going to take a shower and see what is left to eat. Then I will feel even more better.

When I'm feeling sad, I usually do something that I enjoy, which usually helps me feel better, helps me feel happier. I usually read, watch a movie, go for a walk, write, do something with my fiance, or something like that. Anything that I enjoy and will help me feel better.
