Hi there friend. I think for normal links which a member wants to show some theories to what he or she says, it would be alright. Links that have no referral nature to it and links that are not self-promoting say your own blog, site and etc. To elaborate, if I put a link on a reference site quoting something, or to direct people to a link which allows one to read more on say a particular illness and etc, is what I mean. That's my personal opinion that I think I've learned over my stay here in mylot so far.

No worries, buddy. Remember, as long as the link you slot through is not referral link, you are fine.

Yeah, we know clearly that our discussions or responses will be deleted if we attach any links which are relevant to referrals and money making promotion. We are allowed to put links which are related to the content of the discussion only. Our posts will be deleted as well in case there is an ignorance person places the link which is against mylot rules when answering our posts To avoid this, hopefully all the new users are willing to spend some extra time to read all the mylot guidelines or FAQs before writing their posts here. Happy posting

Since when? I was under the impression that they WANTED us to quote our sources if we reference something in a post.

if the said link is with referral state or anything that are of self promoting types, thats the one that mylot prohibits. but i guess if its a link to support some of your discussions to let other mylotters see the true picture of the said discussios then i think its just fine. but i havent tried putting some links on my responses nor discussions yet. who knows i might try putting one soon if its really that badly needed to elaborate my discussions. happy mylotting!
